Use this form to apply for CEU or SEMI Credits for attending the MWS 2026 Winter Institute.

Please read this important info:

The MWS 2026 Winter Institute has been approved to offer .8 CEU or 5 SEMI credit(s). Participants are required to attend and participate in each conference session. 100% attendance is required for CEU or SEMI credit.
Participants are required to submit an overall evaluation form for the Winter Institute.
NO PARTIAL CEU or SEMI CREDIT WILL BE AWARDED.
All participants expecting to receive SEMI credit must hold a Standard Career-Level Administrator License.
Eligible participants for SEMI credits are career level administrators
Ineligible participants for SEMI credits are non-practicing administrators. Non-practicing administrators are eligible for CEU credits.
All applications must be completed by February 2, 2026 in order to be eligible for appropriate credits.
