CEU / SEMI / OSL Application – 2026 MWS Summer Institute

Use this form to apply for CEU, SEMI, or OSL Credits for attending the MWS Summer Institute.

Please read this important info:

The MWS Summer Institute has been approved to offer 2.25 CEU or 15 SEMI or 1 OSL credit(s). Participants are required to attend and participate in each conference session. 100% attendance is required for CEU, SEMI, or OSL credit.
Participants are required to submit an evaluation form for each session attended and a separate overall evaluation for the entire Summer Institute.
NO PARTIAL CEU, SEMI, or OSL CREDIT WILL BE AWARDED.
All participants expecting to receive SEMI credit must hold a Standard Career-Level Administrator License.
Eligible participants for SEMI credits are career level administrators
Eligible participants for OSL credits are entry level administrators
Ineligible participants for SEMI/OSL credits are non-practicing administrators. Non-practicing administrators are eligible for CEU credits.
All applications must be completed by July 22, 2026 in order to be eligible for appropriate credits.
