This certification supports professional growth and understanding of arts integration. Certified teaching artists develop leadership skills, increase understanding of curriculum connections, and receive celebrated recognition within the state. Additional benefits lead to expanded work opportunities, a more impactful web presence, and the opportunity to collaborate with other professionals in the field. For those not already on MAC’s teaching artist roster, this program aids in building required content for that application process.
